She works closely with financial services and insurance firms to help them better understand the motivations of their customers. Amy has a PH.D in Anthropology from New York University and more than a decade of experience in academic and applied consumer research. She specializes in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and is a deep expert in applying rigorous consumer research to broader business questions. Amy is a published author and has taught at NYU's School of Professional Studies, Division of Business.
